Early joining employees will have access to an ESOP pool that will be awarded based on performance, time duration spent in the company, promotions and external funding. Only full-time employees are entitled to become a part of the ESOP pool after spending a minimum of 2 years with the firm. Every additional round of funding will help employees to encash a part of their ESOPs that have been accumulated at the current valuation.
